The Kempffer Cultural Interpretation Centre highlights built heritage, tangible and intangible New Carlisle. It is located in a beautiful house dating from the Victorian era in the town of New Carlisle, whose history is one of the subjects of its permanent exhibition. The Centre offers two more exhibitions: Free child, René Lévesque and the Gaspé, 1922-1937, which presents the childhood of René Lévesque in his native village and Passages, which provides an overview of the relations between Francophones and Anglophones in New Carlisle before the adoption of Bill 101. Finally, the Center maintains a collection of artifacts and organizes cultural activities.

Opened daily from 9 am to 5 pm until  September 2nd.

Children (6 years and older): $ 5

Children (0-5 years): Free.

Exhibition + Discover Outside: Adults: $ 10 Adults (65 & older): $ 8 Children (6 years and older): $ 7 Children (0-5 years): Free.
